After purchasing a plan from our Pricing Page, Insync will send you an email confirming your purchase. Below are the steps to start using your Desktop plans.

If you're on a SOLO, PERSONAL, or DEVELOPER PLAN follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest version of Insync.

  2. Add your Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox account you bought the plan for. Unsure what account it is? It's the same account that received the "Thanks for purchasing a plan!" email.

  3. Refresh the license on the app.

  4. For Personal or Developer: You can add your other accounts afterwards. You may need to refresh them as well in case it says it's still on trial.

If you bought a COMPANY PLAN, follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest version of Insync

  2. Assign your license through your dashboard. Make sure that you are selecting the correct cloud storage as well. If you're on a work account, it's likely that you have to choose Google Drive(GSuite), OneDrive for Business, or Dropbox for Teams.

  3. Add the account on the app (Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox)

  4. Finish the onboarding process and refresh your license.
