There are certain file types that are meant to be deleted in your system and there are also temporary files which are removed once the original file's changes have been saved. These are ignored on Insync by default.
Files that start with:
.~lock
~$
.~$
._
#
.trash-
Files that end with:
.insyncdl
.tmp
___jb_tmp___
___jb_old___
.swp
~
.asta.bak
.idlk
#
Other formats:
.~
- prefixed files on DropboxFiles that have
(autosaved)
in nameNautilus and other GNOME file managers create a
.Trash-$UID
folder on non-home partitions (similar to Mac's .Trashes folder).
