Kindly include the following details/attachments:

  • Account/s used for Insync

  • Current OS version (i.e. Windows 10, Mac High Sierra 10.13.4, Ubuntu 18.04)

  • Current Insync version (i.e. v3.7.14)

  • What is/are the issue/s you are experiencing (i.e. my files are stuck in queue, the app is crashing, I can't get it to start, my license says it's on the trial version, etc.)

  • Screenshots of issue (i.e. how the UI looks like, your Insync folders, any pop-up notification, etc.)

  • Troubleshooting steps you've done, if there are any (i.e. I reinstalled the app, refreshed the license, etc.)

  • Attached log files (only for technical issues. No need if license-related.)

*Please note that email support is only applicable to legacy licenses holders and users with an active Insync Care subscription.
