(OLD) Pro and Business licenses

You may re-assign the licenses to another account at any point during your subscription. Email support@insynchq.com for further assistance. :)

(OLD) Prime and Teams licenses 

  1. Both license types are non-transferable due to their one-time payment plans.

  2. Make sure the new account is an existing Insync account. If this is a new account, make sure to add it to the Insync app to create a trial account

  3. In case you entered an incorrect email (ie personal instead of work account), send a transfer request and include both the old and the new account to support@insynchq.com or start a chat from this page.

  4. We can then confirm the transfer of your license via email.
